Official Legal Agreement
This agreement is issued by Singinn Software Pvt. Ltd., a legally registered entity operating under applicable Indian laws.
2.1 All software, licenses, subscriptions, and digital services are provided strictly on an Advance Payment basis.
2.2 Minimum 50% advance payment is required before installation. Full activation shall be granted only after complete payment.
2.3 Once payment is processed, it shall be treated as Final and Non-Reversible.
The service shall be considered successfully delivered once:
Upon installation and successful login confirmation, the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the service as complete and satisfactory.
The software is a digital and intangible product. Once access credentials are provided, refund requests under any circumstances shall not be entertained.
If the customer opts for EMI or third-party financing, full responsibility remains with the customer. The company shall not be liable to cancel EMI or intervene in bank/finance processes.
All software codes, databases, designs, branding materials, and system architecture remain the exclusive property of the company. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
Technical support shall be provided as per the agreed support plan. The company shall not be responsible for third-party hosting issues, internet failures, or customer device malfunctions.
The company shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond control, including natural disasters, government actions, cyber attacks, or server failures.
The company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions whenever required for legal compliance or operational purposes. Updated versions shall be published on the official website.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.
